Staff were so accommodating and polite. My daughter had a traumatic experience with dental work at another dental office and this was completely different. She was at ease- no crying or anxiety!
I have taken my young boys here twice now and I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Martha was so accommodating when I had to reschedule. Emily was amazing with our boys (ages 2 & 4), she explained everything to them and made their appointment easy and fun. Dr Rudd is great and takes the time to listen and talk about any questions/concerns.
As usual, the visit to Coffee Creek was a fine experience. Going to the dentist always gets my blood pressure up a point or 2, simply because it is a trip to the dentist. There was no pain in the cleaning, only ticking the top pallet when polishing the teeth. Dr. Rudd's team are always kind, courteous and engaging. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone involved at Coffee Creek Dentistry. Everyone is professional, courteous, and makes the otherwise uncomfortable process as enjoyable as it possibly can be. I would recommend them to anyone!
Last fall, the Jones Family Dentistry office began construction in Jones, USA. After reaching out to the office for information I learned that the new dentist would be Preston Harraman, who treats patients at Dr. Mack Rudd’s Coffee Creek Family Dentistry office on Fridays. This was my first time at Coffee Creek Family Dentistry. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Emily was very friendly and professional as was Martha and Toni. Very thorough also. Thank you for a good experience.
Emily cleaned my teeth. She did a great job! She is professional and friendly. She educated me on the advantages of using a cordless water flosser, since I am not diligent about flossing. I did not know about the cordless water flosser, but now that I do everyone in the family is getting one for Christmas including me.
