My dad lived at Touchmark for 5 1/2 years. My mom lived at Touchmark for almost 8 years with a brief break for evaluation. In the 8 years we experienced all levels of care , ( Independent living, assisted living, memory Care ) and experienced all there was to offer .....good (life enrichment) bad and ugly. My advice: Do not trust anything you are told in an effort to get you to move in . It is all truly frosting over manure ..... Bad place with bad people running it. The executive director Joe is garbage. The staff is garbage and the way they treat your loved ones is garbage. This place needs to be shut down ASAP
