This is not a real testing lab my company sent me here for a random screening called the number listed on the site as well as dialed directly from the Google search they hit me with the automatic call reject message " Sorry I can't talk right now" like what Laboratory operation uses a cellphone to communicate in this way. My company deemed it as a bogus non legit business. Even the signage out front of 434 E Broad states its commercial truck parking. This is the actual building nothing about this says " Im a Lab"
Awesome service. Honestly. Very professional. Time was not a factor here. In,and out. I would suggest everyone come here.
My experience was amazing. Facility was clean and spacious. I set an appointment but needed to get in at an earlier date and Ms. Lawanda Wells got me in and out. It was her off day but she came in for me, so that made my day. Thank you Ms. Wells. I highly recommend to come here.
Sent here for Random DOT drug screen. Called at 1230 p.m. no answer was trying to get their exact location. Arrived 12:57 pm place is dark, door locked no one answering phone. Stood there til 1:57 p.m. no one around the door was still locked, lights out, and no one answered the phone. Update... after leaving this review and having to get ahold of my company who sent me to college park. They called me stating they saw my review, and my company has to schedule 24 hours in advance. Highly Recommended: Absolute best place to go for all your Lab needs. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I’ve been to several Lab services throughout the state and this is the best place. Other businesses should model the excellent customer service I received here. I have referred others and I too will be back. :-)
