"Touching hearts at Home" of Plymouth was our third pca company. We had bad experiences with previous companies from "no shows" to workers asking for stuff. I saw the ad for Touching Hearts. We are going on six months of care with my mom who needs 24 pca care. She is an 82 year old dialysis patient, still living in her home. I was connected to Touching Hearts through a Senior Health Fair, and Lynn and Diantha came out to meet me and my Mom almost immediately. I hadn't planned on using their services right away, but their passion for caregiving was evident, as well as their understanding of my Mom's needs, so I signed up for a caregiver on a trial basis.
