Great Eyebrow Treatment! I found Rebecca's name on InsiderPages and decided to try her for an Eyebrow treatment. She did an awesome job! They were done to perfection with almost no pain. I highly recommend you try her out.
Touche' Finest! I started seeing Rebecca some time ago when a good friend recommended her for an eyebrow wax. I had so many previous bad experiences but was really impressed when she asked ME what I wanted and listened to me and did as I asked! And they have never looked better! If you have thick, curly, frizzy hair and are looking for the best blowout in L.A. without breaking the bank, Manuel at Touche is the person to go to! Rebecca is also great for brows. They both do a meticulous job, and the whole staff is really friendly.

Rebecca has the best eyebrow technique I have ever seen. Very gentle and very much the perfectionist. Her facial massage is to die for and her professional hand done airbrushing is flawless. This girl is a keeper!
The spray-on tanning is done by a Rebecca with a special airbrush machine and done flawlessly. It lasts 5-10 days and looks natural.
