The workers hired for the job are dishonest. They bring used materials and not what you ordered. The workmanship is also below average. During the installation they roam into other areas of the house and start pilfering items. They are overconfident that they will not be penalized for this crime. Their office does not take any action on their misconduct even when you report the matter. They refuse to let you talk to the owner to complain.
RecommendedThis is a family-owned business. Everything about our experience was great! Jordon answered every question I had (probably three times). Mia was Customer Service central and Sergio came to the house to measure and assure me about the process. The installer was fabulous! Left the place very clean and made sure to go over odd spots or potential issues with us beforehand!

Great store, with excellent customer service! Jordan had the knowledge & expertise to help me make the right decision for my yoga studio flooring. Biggest plus, he didn't pressure me to get the most expensive flooring, but actually helped me stay within my budget. Customer for life :-)
