great experience – Thank you for doing such a great job at my house. I love my shower and everyone complements my custom hardwood floors.
Great Service – I had my custom floors done with them. I love my staircase. very professional. On time and polite crew. Checked them with the Triple A and Ca Contracting Board and was even happier when found out they never had any complains in their records.
Disappointment Galore – The salesperson or owner (could not tell which), has no real background in flooring industry. His answers regarding technical questions as to installation and care for hardwood ...
lack of service – I've had my hardwood floors with them. Never did it right and never answered my phone calls or came back to fix it. They promised quality and serive for their high prices. The high price is the only thing they delivered.
No idea about service – Never on time, the price might change and the material quality will differ. I found out when it was too late and the owner would not fix the problems.
wprst service – My custom floors are so ugly that my friends are amazed. No one can believe how bad they were installed and the owner will not fix the problems. Will never ever let them near my home.
Be ware and shop – They claim being a custom shop and all they do is use other companies product and put their own name on it. I asked to see the shop that they claim to make the custom wood and the said no. Just did not feel right.
He hides the name of the products – If you look at the samples you will notice that the name of the company has been scraped. He does this so you can not shop his high prices. There should no need to hide if you are fair.
They do not seem to like the truth – The owner tried to get extra money from me and my very old father. He sold us a normal hardwood and called it custom to raise the price. The Job was not done on time and I would never ever go back to them. There are much better stores around that would do honest business.
