WINDOW REPLACEMENT ? WORKMANSHIP? I THINK THEY DESERVE STARS FROM OTHER COMPLIMENTS WITH TINTS' JOBS. BUT WITH WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT .... OH MAN, THEY DID NOT DO ANY GOOD. MY ADVISE IS DON'T GO THERE FOR WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. I COULD GO ON DETAILING BUT JUST FYI ! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED ON WINDSHIELD REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.

QUALITY WINDOW TINT I have heard allot of good things about this shop and when I got my new outback they where the first people I called. They had a coupon listed for $30 off window tint and clear bra. I got both they gave me what I felt was a great deal and the work was done right, I have to say the staff there is truly professional and kind and I have never experienced customer service this good. I highly recommend if you live in Colorado Springs and you need tint or clear bra these guys are the best around.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. A week ago, I had my windows tinted and a clear bra put on the entire front of my vehicle (cost was a little more than $700). The person had explained that if any bubbles or glazing stayed after a week, to come in and they could spray them out. So after a week, most of the clear bra looked good except for one small panel, which was bubbly and glazed. So I went in thinking it would be a quick fix. I’ve had a few bad customer service experiences in my day… but I have to say today’s experience with The Touch of Shade Auto Glass Tint & Clear Bra establishment on Austin Bluffs Pkwy in Colorado Springs was the absolute worst!!! I had a full extra dark tint done on my vehicle last November and paid for it “off the books” because it wasn’t a legal tint. integrity plus! my windshield had been replaced previously. the molding had been glued to the glass, instead of the molding being reattached with the rivets. this resulted in an extra 2 hours of work for these guys just to remove the old windshield. they did not charge me any extra labor, honoring their original quote. they also did a great job cleaning and repairing my headlights. i will be bringing all of my cars here when in need of glass work.
Great work The guys at Touch of Shade really care about the work they do. I was very pleased with the customer service and how nice the waiting area was. I personally feel they are the best window tint shop in Colorado springs.
