Unprofessional and horrible customer service skills from the local store owners! Their employee Victoria was very helpful and answered all of our questions however, once the store owners showed up they were very rude and not professional towards me and my husband. They dismissed what was important to us when it came to purchasing a hot tub and they refused to work with us to order the exact hot tub and features we requested. Zero communication, zero accountability and they don’t even deserve one star. Don’t shop here unless you want to make a return and then not get your money back and gave to file a fraud claim at your bank. Small business in this town are trash.
