Do not use this service. They scammed my family out of over $700 during a difficult time right before Christmas. We paid for a caregiver to watch over my father in law on hospice for the week. The caregiver only showed up 2 of the 5 days we paid for and no one will answer or return our calls. Unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do about getting a refund for ourselves, but I wanted to warn anyone else considering their services.
