The only word that comes to mind if how I feel about the cleaning job, done by Evonne and Christina, is WOW!!!!! I moved into my apartment seven years ago, when it was brand new. I've kept it up pretty well but now that I'm moving the apartment needed some love. Well it looks like it is brand new again!! Thank you Evonne and Christina for a fantastic job. Thank you Touch of Europe Cleaning for living up to your word!!!!!
My home was in need of a lot of work, and was definitely requiring a lot of picking up and moving things around to get areas cleaned. The team communicated well, requested additional time as needed, was clear about any additional cost and did a fantastic job. They got me to a place where I could begin decluttering and reclaiming my home. I look forward to continuing to work with them moving forward. Thank you!!
Cristine and Ivon were wonderful! They made everything look so fresh and clean! They were very kind and worked really hard at their job. They cleaned for us one time and I requested them again for a second time. I hope to have them again. Really great!
Naomi and Marysol cleaned my home as I am recovering from cancer treatment. They did an excellent job. They were very nice asking instructions on what needed to be done. They even went above and beyond what I asked to be cleaned. The house was so clean and smelled so good! I would definitely recommend them and a Touch of Europe!!!
I've had multiple problems with their service. The first time I used them, a burner on the stove was completely missed. I was talked into changing my Google review for a discount. Since I was given a discount, I decided to hire them again for tomorrow. I was told I'd receive a message today with what time the cleaners are coming tomorrow. I did not receive the message, and when I call it says they're closed. I have no idea when/if they're coming tomorrow, and am now scrambling to find a new company.
