My home was in need of a lot of work, and was definitely requiring a lot of picking up and moving things around to get areas cleaned. The team communicated well, requested additional time as needed, was clear about any additional cost and did a fantastic job. They got me to a place where I could begin decluttering and reclaiming my home. I look forward to continuing to work with them moving forward. Thank you!!
We've used Touch of Europe for both Deep Cleanings and Bi-weekly cleanings and have been very happy with them. Most recently Patricia and Ana came to deep clean our Lake Home and did an amazing job! It was like we were in a new house again.
Ana and Patricia did a great job with a deep cleaning for a friend of ours who is having surgery. Her apartment hadn't been cleaned, especially deep cleaned, in years. It was in pretty bad shape. But Ana and Patricia worked very hard, were thorough, friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you again! We're happy our friend can now recuperate in clean, familiar surroundings☺️.
My cleaner from Touch of Europe does an excellent job of cleaning my older home. Floors shine and she leaves it dustless and ready for company. Maddie is prompt and personable—I look forward to seeing her again!
I've had multiple problems with their service. The first time I used them, a burner on the stove was completely missed. I was talked into changing my Google review for a discount. Since I was given a discount, I decided to hire them again for tomorrow. I was told I'd receive a message today with what time the cleaners are coming tomorrow. I did not receive the message, and when I call it says they're closed. I have no idea when/if they're coming tomorrow, and am now scrambling to find a new company.
