I stumbled across Touch of Elegance when I was in desperate need of a haircut, Deb squeezed me in the same day and gave me the best cut I've ever had. She is truly an expert, she contours your cut to you, your face shape and works magic. Her prices are half of what I used to pay for a cut, color and blow dry and the results are 100x's better!
