The business advertises walk-ins, but I don't think they do. I saw one car parked in front of the store front and two customers leaving when I arrived. The man sitting behind the counter asked, "Can I help you?" It's not friendly, welcoming and doesn't give me hope that I will be helped. It made me feel defensive that I was there at all. So glad I made a wrong turn this morning! This humble shop in a strip mall was open at 8:30a. They accepted me as a walk in. Helen gave me a fantastic cut and eyebrow wax. I was out of there in 30 minutes. My husband says I look like Meg Ryan (without the lips). Highly recommend!
