I went in to get a quote just over two weeks ago. The owner, Rene, wrote up an initial quote and tried charging $50 just to print it out. Should have been my first red flag. After I pointed out that he didn't see my radar cruise sensors and put down the wrong bumper when making the quote, he promised to send me a corrected version "in ten minutes" as I was leaving.
