I was referred to Touch of Class by Larry’s Service Center, and now I can see why they have such a close relationship! Rene and Lisa went above and beyond to answer my questions over the phone, fit me in before the long holiday weekend, and provide a temporary solution until repairs could be made. I’ve worked in luxury hospitality for years, and I was so impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!
Worst service ever! Not only did they keep my car for several months to do a cosmetic fix on it but they left it out in the sun damaging the interior lining of my car. They did not apologize did not take any accountability and they were blatantly disrespectful towards me. Truly a waste of money because they left missing pieces on the area they were supposed to work on. Spent $5,000 to have more damages done to my car. Never again with this place.
Just came in for a very basic repair but have to say I find these guys very trustworthy, honest and straightforward. They do a nice work.
Once again, Rene delivered as promised. I rarely write reviews. However, I am taking the time to write this one because this place truly deserves it. Rene has been taking care of my vehicles for nearly a decade. This last time, I brought in my Land Rover, which had a big dent caused by someone that parked next to me inside a building in Brickell.
