Poor service and work. No thank you! Save your money and go elsewhere.
I took my Miata there, and they ripped out the electronics under the seat, causing the seat alarm to be on constantly. I called the "manager" and he said there was no way they caused the damage. He was very rude and condescending when I told him I had photos of the damage. When I took it to the dealership, they removed the seat and found the car wash had tried to "fix" it by tying the wiring up with zip-ties. Did the wash and wax mini detail. I walked the car and pointed put spots that they had missed. after pointing out more than 5 spots and seeing more, I started to get in the car. The guy was looking for a tip, to which I told him that the car was still dirty. He said show me where and I'll clean it. I was done. if he can't see where the dirt is, I wasn't going to have him go over it again. Very disappointed.
They destroyed my seats and told me to email to resolve the problem. Never responded to emails. Please check yelp reviews before trusting them with your vehicle!
They lost or stole the rubber mat from the back of my Jeep when it was getting detailed there then had the nerve to try to say it was never there... A thick rubber mat doesn't just vanish... Then when we asked about it they just spoke to each other in Persian and told us to "look again"... Complete scum and I would recommend anyone to be extra careful and triple check that their stuff is in their vehicle if you ever let them do anything with your car. Will also be filing complaint with the BBB.
Seriously the WORST! Extremely overpriced for the quality. I was talked into upgrading to a $50 car wash. I VERY specifically asked not to put ANY type of dressing on the interior. Of course there was dressing over my entire dash and gross white drippings of dressing on my doors. I would have been unhappy paying $10 for this quality of work, let alone the $50 that I actually paid. Y'all should be embarrassed to call yourselves a car "wash"
This place is awesome friendly staff ... always going the extra mile !!!! Facility always clean.... one stop shop for my car ... oil change , wash , smog or dearie bring all my cars here ... love this place
Thanks to Touch of Class for doing my smog and giving me a free car wash. Excellent quick service and the detail is amazing!
