I have went to them since I was a kid. I went last February of 2019. I asked for a purple hair look and got some sort of purple n blue splotches in my hair. I was kept with brown hair and those spots of whatever it was have now permanently died my hair. I have two spots on the side of my head that will not disappear. I have tried covering it with purple, blue and a red and it will not come out. I will never be going back here!
