I got lash extensions and brow shaping for the first time and I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. She was so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right away. I was a bit nervous going in, but she took her time, explained everything, and made the whole experience really smooth. I booked an appointment through Fresha. I got there on time but another client walked in the same time. Natasha claimed she didn’t have any sort of booking on her calendar but I had a confirmation email to confirm the booking. She didn’t appologise or tried altering my appointment. I was very disappointed with her approach. I left with an incomplete service.

My SIL recommended Natasha, and so glad she did. My mother and I did the powder eyebrows. They turned out amazing 🩷🩷. Throughout the service, she always asked us if we were ok and comfortable. It was suprisingly less pain than I thought it would be. Natasha was very nice, professional and very talented. Will definitely go to her again for eyebrows and other services she offers.
