I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I’m feeling deflated. I was looking forward to treating myself to a facial after a really difficult week. I purchased the Groupon and booked my appointment about five days out. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a text message stating that my Groupon would not be honored because it was for new customers only I was very much confused because I have never gotten a facial here.
