RecommendedWe love coming in for falafel, gyro and shwarma and my kids like the corn dogs and chicken tenders. Our recent take out order was so big, it ended up being two meals for us, and the whole thing (with ice cream) was under $30. Great deal for mama who doesn't have to cook dinner :) We also love getting the custard. We had the new cotton candy (kids) and tiramisu (adults) shakes the other day and they were delicious. My kids have been asking when they can go back for another.
We Stopped And Ate There Yesterday And It Was Not Very Busy And Waited Over 20 Minutes for Three SMALL Ice Creams And A Can Of Soda. What REALLY Ticked Me Off Was That After Spending $18 On Three SMALL Ice Creams And A Can Of Soda Is That The TURD In Charge Would Not Break A $20 Bill For Us 😡We ALWAYS Get GREAT Service From Jumbos And Culvers, So I GUARANTEE Toucans NEVER Gets Another Penny From Us... It Is About The Service...
amazing fries, good custard
Went and waited 45 minutes for a 2 kids meals,shake, and a concrete mixer...mind you it was not that busy. Custard was pretty good the rest of the food was mediocre at best. 🤷🏻♀️ wouldn’t wait 45 minutes ever again for it tho 🙄
We called ahead for food at 5:40 pm and were told our food would be ready by 7:20. we got there and food still wasn't ready. waited another 30 min there and were told it would still be at least another 15 min. Never going here for food again. Horrible service don't waste your time.
Love the flavor options here, way better than Culver’s! Also really appreciate them taking orders in advance if you can’t get there til later at night!
we ordered ice cream for our family of 5 and decided on the delivery. was very fast and the delivery driver was so nice! Thank you for listening to my 3 year old tell you stories 🤣🤣 Ice cream was right on spot!
Never eating at Toucans in West Bend again. Wife found a metal tooth from a mixer in her shake. She called them and they told her, that they would check their mixers. And that she didn't need to come down to show them. We went down there to ask for a refund, and they said "a refund for what?" The lack of customer service blows me away. In times like this you think you would want customers to come back.
The service: I really appreciated the free delivery to our home in Farmington because no one else delivers out here. Also, the driver was nice and friendly. The food: Part of the problem could be that I didn’t read the online menu close enough, but I spent $36.99 on a 20 piece bucket of perch, and any place else I’ve ever ordered a bucket of fish from I’ve always gotten fries, coleslaw, rye bread, and lemon wedges with it, but I only received fish.
