Ordered my food got home and they gave me the wrong order with no tomatoes. There was tomatoes on the wrong sandwich and when I called to get something different he would not exchange the order and told me to pick off the tomatoes. Horrible customer service. Will not be back.

I ordered a Kong burger 1/2# double, the cashier asked me if I wanted it plain or with toppings. I said I wanted everything on it. 45 minutes later when our food came, I looked at my burger & there was NOTHING on it. I went up to the counter and asked if I could get the toppings I ordered for on my burger. We ordered a bunch of Falafels from Toucan for a party we had on the Fourth. They were a hit , everyone loved them and we should have ordered more! The delivery made it easy for us as well. Great job Toucan.

I'm not usually one to complain about food or services, I've worked in the industry, I get it, but Holy disappointing. I placed my order which consisted of a crispy chicken sandwich, a kids chicken tender and a grilled cheese. A half hour later my food came. Granted, this was noon, on a Wednesday, but there was literally one person ahead of me. As if the wait wasn't bad enough, the food was less than quality. Hello, we do use American cheese on our grilled cheese sandwiches, not sure what you expected. The grill does make the bread brown and we would not serve burned bread, and if it was more brown than you like it, why didn’t you let us know when you got the food? To address the wait time, we are not fast food and there are signs up saying that. they gave my food to a different person. that man sent the food back and the owner turned around and gave it to me. i told him i wanted new food. how do I know this other man didnt eat some fries or pick up the burger. the owner was mad I didnt take the food. with or without covid 19 around that was just wrong of the owner. he never offered to make me a new meal. I will NEVER go back there.
If you're ordering food expect it to be a pretty long wait. It was over an hour for 4 burgers, a fish sandwich, onion rings, cheese curds, and fries but they did warn me at the time of ordering that it would be minimum 45 minutes. The burger patties are super thin and look pretty sad on the big fluffy buns unfortunately but the fish sandwich was great! The real stars are the french fries though and the whole reason I'd recommend going there. I could eat them all day!
I absolutely loved the felafel wrap and spicy pickle fries. Yes, you should call 15+ min in advance for the falafel and I did that and even so I still ended up waiting awhile when I got there, but the wrap was excellent. I'd go again and it's nice to have such a good vegetarian option. And no styrofoam in my to-go order, woot!!
