Easy 5 stars years ago. Haven't been back much since the ownership change. Quality was good shortly after the change, but now, slipping. Custard today was not creamy. Had alot of ice crystals in it. Many of the ice cream cones being served this evening were upside down in cups because it was too melted. Guessing it is coming out of the machine way too soft and then frozen causing the crystals. Even if I'm not right, the custard was unpleasant. Unfortunate....
Super disappointed. Quality has gone in the gutters
