Was there at the supper hour on a hot day and only one employee was working along with an owner and service was horrible. Everyone waited forever for even the simplest items; cones, malts, etc. The poor one employee, a young adult, seemed to have to do everything while I watched the owner just sort of meander around offering almost no help to this busy employee. Gyros sandwich was REALLY REALLY delicious, great proportions of ingredients, a little different without the pita but it's a new preference, now, so much easier to eat! So . . . the new stuff was great and the classics and the custard flavors that I've tried have been undetectable from my old favorites, many thanks for having just the right balance of what I love, with the fun new items. Toucan's USED to have the best fries...beer battered, crunchy and always hot. I've bragged to out of town guests that nobody could beat Toucan fries. Today was my first experience with the new Toucan's and I was SO disappointed. The fries were plain, thin, soggy and cold. I've had better at McDonalds, unfortunately. Fish fry and chicken sandwich were average at best and also cold. After coming here almost every Friday for 15+ years, we will not be coming back.
AMAZING falafel and shawarma! Too full for the custard :) Next time!
Chicken Shawarma was so delicious, YUMMY!!! Can't wait to try the Gyro next time we go. I heard those are wonderful too. See you soon, Toucan!
Our first time there. And we will be back. It gets were awesome. No room for dessert. Will be going back soon

Best Custard in all of Washington County. If you're out bumming around and have nothing to do at least stop out and check out the Nostalgia of the place one of the older running businesses in West Bend
