Youlianna Toubin was very nice and seemed to listen to my concerns on our initial visit. What I would say at this point is that you must be your own advocate! I assumed Ms. Toubin's office requested my medical records from my previous dermatologist who was out of state as we had just moved to Indiana. I should have called my previous dermatologist myself and requested they send records to Ms. Toubin's office. Absolutely amazing PA! I don't dread my appointments with Yulianna. She is compassionate and really listens. She is hard to get into, but so worth it.
