I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN SO UNPROFESSIONAL I SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT FOR 9am SHE NEVER SHOWED UP WOULDNT ANSWER MY CALLS COULDNT EVEN TEXT ME BACK WHEN I ASKED COULD SHE STILL DO MY HAIR SHE SAYS NO CAN I COME ANOTHER DAY THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HAVING A ISSUE WITH THEM WHEN IVE ALREADY SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT REMEMBER OR IF A APPOINTMENT WASNT SCHEDULED IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE

I’ve never been to a braid shop that was so unsanitary!!! From the flies to the strong aroma of trash !! Broken hot plate on the floor still in use. Sooo many hazards around the whole shop. Hair technician had questionable hygiene. Hair technician’s braiding technique was not up to par. She did nothing to smooth out my natural hair.

I got box braids and Mary braided the back big and left hair out and braided the front a little smaller but it’s still not a full head of braids. Her sister does much better. Then Mary said the prices went up and charged me $200 and the braids aren’t even long and they are stiff smh she was on the phone the whole time half ass braiding my hair. Mattas shop does way way better.
