abren a las 8 am pero inician las vacunas a las 9 si llegas temprano es porque no quieres esperar llegas a las 8 y que en piensen de inmediato 5 10 minutos después,es tolerable no 1 hora o mas y una sola persona no es suficiente son muchos los pacientes las vacunas deberían estar disponibles de lunes a viernes no sólo martes jueves y viernes piensen en el paciente y no en ahorrar dinero o conveniente horario
Scheduling is horrible. They do not answer the phones. Once I finally got in, being there was good. Drs were nice and got my son in and out quick. I had to call back for his results, my gosh was that a nightmare. I’d call, leave a message.. they’d call me back minutes after they’ve already closed and if I missed the call I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Their scheduling is terrible! I can never get through to anyone and have called several times. I’ve waited for an hour and no one ever answered and sent me to voicemail. I leave messages and unfortunately miss the call when they call because I’m at work and have to start all over again by calling and leaving a message. I called the emergency line and basically was told by a staff member that their only scheduler only returns messages and doesn’t answer incoming calls. Terrible if you ask me!!! Excited to regain my health with the help of Dr. Tottori and staff. Allergy shots have begun, this is not my first rodeo. Blessed with Vegas allergies all my life.
Was my first time going there with a referral for my daughter. And was happy to see the staff taking interest in her well being came back home with a diagnosis and a cocktail for her of meds lol but I hope that with there plan we can help my daughter get better. It got a bit busy but I didn't mind it.

First time there ysterday and was thoroughly impressed. It gets packed but that doesn't mean you get ignored. Super friendly staff and Dr. Tottori is a really great guy!
