Took my toddler for her first dental visit and I was a little disappointed. We were hoping for a great 1st experience, but it was not. The place didn't look too tidy. The doctor who came in didn't explain anything. She just asked me to hold my daughter while she "cleaned" her teeth. She didn't give me a chance to prepare my child for the process nor calm her down when she was taken by surprise and understandably started crying.
