Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the customer service. My friend and I come here almost every week after work because we enjoy eating street food. We always smile, greet the lady at the front, and even tell her, “We’re here again!” However, we rarely receive a friendly response. This is a waste of my time, money and food! Don’t even bother to go. I’ve been in different Filipino food but this one is bad, so bad that I have to throw them away. They don’t even deserve 1 star not even 1/2 star.

We arrived around 9:20 PM and were told that the grill was already closed and only takeout was available, which we understood even though the closing time was 10 PM. However, when we tried to sit at a table while waiting for our BBQ order, one of the staff member who was mopping told us that the floor was wet and we couldn’t sit there.
