The staff did a wonderful job yesterday implementing new protocols sparked by COVID-19. I felt safe the entire time, and also felt that the staff was being appropriately protected as well. Overall a great experience.
They are by far the best dental group that I have ever used. Very friendly, efficient and always on time, even during the pandemic. Just recently, I was able to go in to have my teeth cleaned. They have taken every precaution to protect the patient and the staff from the coronavirus.. A job well done by Pam and her staff.
We love Rachel and will always use her for our dental cleaning. We drive all the way from Mount Vernon just for her.

I just had my cleaning and was very pleased with the job that was done. My dental hygienist was very through and I had a great cleaning. Will have my next appointment in 4 months. Totam Lake Smiles is a great Dentist office and all the staff are wonderful. Well done Dr. Sursley.
