I have been a patient at Totem Lake Smiles since it opened. Dr. Sursely and the staff at Totem Lake Smiles are very professional and pleasant. They work with me if there are concerns about my treatment or the cost and offer options. They make going to the dentist as good an experience a possible.

I had a crown fall off recently. I went to Totem Lake Smiles and they re-glued it. Easy peasy and no pain.

My visit was good as always! I’ve never had a relief hygienist. But did this time. She was nice and friendly. I feel she did a good job on cleaning my teeth. I always enjoy seeing Tonya the way she smiles and greets you just makes you feel like family! Thank you Dr. Sursley for your wonderful service!
