I have been seeing Dr. Sursely for several years. She is amazing and I would recommend anyone to use her services. Everyone in the office is kind, caring and friendly. My family uses her also.
Everyone in the office treated me so wonderful. No wait time. Excellent cleaning. Able to get a repair done on a tooth that has bothered me since another dental clinic botched the job. I realized what premier service I had always received at Totem Lake Smiles after experiencing another clinic. Glad they offer affordable Healthy Smiles program so I could come back!

Totem Lake Smiles - Dr. Sursley and her wonderful staff are well trained, experienced and attentive to my needs. I always have a good conversation and a great cleaning. When more in depth work is required, the results are great!.
I just had a crown done by Dr Pamela Sursely. She did an excellent job on my tooth and I had no pain at all. She is very gentle when working on your teeth which I really appreciate, and did a great job in matching my other teeth. Dr Sursely and her staff at Totem Lake Smiles are the best! I highly recommend Totem Lake Smiles.
Great job done with a new hygienist. No complaints.
