Bought an 09 Acura TSX and it came with a little hiccup with the timing tensioner that gave a bit of a headache to both John and his mechanic. They worked very hard to repair this and supplied me with a loner car. John went above and beyond to honor his word with the repairs on the Acura. I would def recommend him and Totem. Great priced vehicle with superb honorable service
Very happy with customer service. We recently bought a 2008 Honda Accord EXL V6 with 175K for $12K. Especially impressed with after-purchase service. A couple of issues needed rectifying, and John and Terry facilitated easy corrections. I would recommend.

Hilariously bad sales staff. I've reached out via email and text to inquire about a vehicle in their inventory. Completely ignored, have not gotten back to me a week later, though the vehicle is still listed. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
