This was My first visit with Dr. Johnson following a hospital stay. I was very impressed with his office and the thoroughness of his examination. His staff appears to be very qualified, caring and good listeners. I never felt rushed and feel like he had us good understanding of my situation. Highly recommended!

Exceptional experience from all staff; front office, nurses, and doctors. I felt welcomed and care for. Doctor took time to listen and explained everything thoroughly without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident, reassured and grateful to have found such a dedicated physician. I highly recommend this practice. Also wanted to add that I had the best experience I have ever had with a blood draw.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joan Coupland since July 2025, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. She took the time to really listen and helped calm my fears when I was feeling overwhelmed. Dr. Coupland is thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly compassionate, and I always feel heard and cared for. Her nurse Ri and the front office staff are just as kind and welcoming. It truly feels like a team that cares about you as a person, not just a patient.
