Absolutely horrible customer service. After struggling to get my proper insurance figured out, they are not even willing to offer the items that my insurance covered! Everything MUST be super premium, the most expensive option - even for my child, who does not need 'high end' anything! We were essentially told we might as well go somewhere else if we can't afford them, even if they are one of the few 'in-network' places our insurance covers around there.
