Been with total vision for years and have always left satisfied and if I had any questions I always had gotten my questions answered right then. I felt welcomed today even with the new orienteers that were being hands on. The new atmosphere they have created is a lot better then there previous store and the wait time has definitely gotten better.

Great service and good prices
This was my 3rd visit with Total Vision. Polite staff, love my eye doctor! The Tech that took care of me was very professional, polite & made me feel at ease. A very nice young lady. I will continue my eye appointments with Total Vision for the foreseeable future!
Receptionist was extremely rude an unhelpful I will never go back to that place my first experience was amazing second one was terrible
Clean, fast service, took my insurance. I would have given a 5 but I couldn’t get in for three weeks, then they closed for the storm and initially offered me an appointment two weeks out until I asked for something sooner and they got me in the next day. Ya know, why do you have to be a squeaky wheel to get the best service. It’s not just them, it’s like that most places.
