Around the holiday time my wife went in for an exam and ordered contacts with her new perscription. She was told that the new lenses would be in in 2 days. A few days past that, she went in to get the lenses and they were still not in and was told they would be in the next day. They were in and I went myself to pick them up for her. RecommendedBeen with total vision for years and have always left satisfied and if I had any questions I always had gotten my questions answered right then. I felt welcomed today even with the new orienteers that were being hands on. The new atmosphere they have created is a lot better then there previous store and the wait time has definitely gotten better.

It’s rather sad really. I have always received excellent service at this location in Uncasville until I received a phone call today From Sharon. It was regarding a bill from 8/18 for 65.00. I admitted to error as we originally thought it was an over site until realizing last month is was a medical cost and not covered under the vision insurance. RecommendedThis was my 3rd visit with Total Vision. Polite staff, love my eye doctor! The Tech that took care of me was very professional, polite & made me feel at ease. A very nice young lady. I will continue my eye appointments with Total Vision for the foreseeable future!
