This company is the most unscrupulous business I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime. Talk about screwing things up and not taking responsibility to try to fix it??!!! I ordered 180 customized tumblers, but only received 130 in my order. When I called, I was given the run around by their team for three days; asked to send emails, submit a ticket, and also informed that the person handling my case could not be reached by phone. I called each morning looking for an update, and was told that they were doing their best and they'd get back to me that day with a resolution. Ordered custom sunglasses, and was given a visual mockup of how the item would turn out. Item arrived, late, and not at all as I was originally promised. Company refuses to refund my money, and is unable to completing the order that we originally agreed upon. Will never use them again.

Absolute worst company I have worked with!!! They mistakenly put the wrong phone number on all the marketing products I ordered. Which made them useless to me. To resolve the problem, they offered me 10% off my next order.. I had to go through my CC company to get this fixed. So let me get this straight?? I send you my logo and correct phone number and you put the wrong phone number on all my products. We purchased gaiters for our company. When they arrived they were so tight we could not wear them. After measuring they were 1/2 inch smaller than what was described on their website. After filing a complaint they processed a new order. The 2nd shipment was only 1/4 inch bigger. Still not what their company describes on their website. Since these are to be 9" across every inch is helpful. They would not provide a return because these are custom and that I do understand. DO NOT USE FOR KOOZIES - ARTWORK STRECTHES VERTICALLY. So disappointed that we provided a circle logo, received a perfect circle proof to approve, and then received koozies that arrived with a stretched out, distorted, egg-shaped oval logo that we could not use for our event, which benefitted the Boys & Girls Club and therefore ate into funds for them. Totally unprofessional. I still have an order in progress which was estimated to be delivered yesterday. As of now, their terrible customer service can not even give me an estimate but don't think it will be delivered until ten days from now, long after my event date. Customer service is unhelpful saying only that "someone will be in touch with you." No one seems to have the power to cancel the order. So disappointed in this company.
