After several purchases I have to say I am beyond disappointed. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life! Wrong furniture, mismatched furniture, unethical business practices, miscommunication, ordered in November - just getting in March, switched manufacturers midsale, customer service - YIKES!, managers - certainly don't communicate with one another - passed around, late delivery date of schedule... The list goes on and on and on and on... Buyer BE WARE! Better yet: Buyer - go somewhere else!... read more
