Worst customer service experience!! Ordered and paid for two loft beds for my twins birthday and a MONTH later they called me and said they couldn't get them anymore. Couldn't get anyone to help me find a replacement and they didn't even seem interested in trying to salvage a sale! Amazing the lack of customer service or even caring that they had screwed up! I will not be shopping here again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Just read yelp. ORDERED A LOFT BED AND IT WAS MISSING PIECES AND CALLED THEM ALL DAY AND THEY HUNG UP ON US. We now have a 2,000$ bed that we can't put together. Sure the store is cute, buy something and it will come in way more pieces then they tell you and you won't get it all. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
