if results are what you want then I highly recommend Cindy. Her knowledge and ability to motivate helped me achieve my goals to lose weight, get stronger, look better and feel good about myself. I have used trainers in the past but it wasn’t until a friend recommended I go to Cindy that everything finally clicked. She came through when others didn’t. Her private gym is ideal for creating an environment where the ‘magic’ can happen. Two-thumbs up! Thanks for all your hard work and encouragement Cindy!! You’re the best:)
