fantastic and knowledgeable team of air conditioning parts
Exceptional customer service by Karl. After being incorrectly told by an air conditioning technician that Toshiba told him the part for my air conditioner was no longer available after a power surge, that I would not be able to google the part when I asked to, rubbished Toshiba and quoted me over $K8 for Mitsubishi. The first phone call I made was Totaline who looked up the parts for the indoor unit and if it was for the outdoor unit and all are available (even if they weren’t he could still get in from Thailand).
