When we moved into our new home TotalCare was there to answer all of our questions and resolve any issues. The previous owner had used TotalCare and highly recommended that we keep them to help us adjust to a new home. Their connections with everything from landscape to appliances was always on point. We have worked with TotalCare of Wilton for over 10 years. With the busy schedule we all live, they are a great resource to handle all aspect of taking care of your house. We rely on them to coordinate all maintenance aspects on our house and property. This includes yearly maintenance items to urgent items like water in the basement. I found the transition of condo to house ownership very overwhelming in the first year. TotalCare not only helped me learn about my house and the importance of a maintenance schedule, but came to my rescue when a couple of unexpected issues came up! I must also specifically speak to Virginia Bloomquist (Ginny), because she is truly exceptional. I value her opinion and advice and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is responsive and thorough and simply the best. Very highly recommend!

I have been a TotalCare customer and cannot recommend the service enough. TotalCare managed major jobs such as a re-roof and driveway redo as well as the small like a plumbing leak. It was reassuring knowing I had a trusted partner advising me on the bids received, the work to be performed and standing behind the work of the contractors chosen.
