The worst mani/pedi I have ever had. The good: the staff was friendly and they sell good products. The Bad: 1.) The manicurist was using non-professional and very dull tools. The clippers left rugged cuts. She couldn't get them to cut some nails, so she just filed them. 2.) She did no cleaning under the nails. 3.) Superb massage therapy and hair styling – My first priority on moving to Knoxville was to find a good massage therapist. By chance, TTW is near my house and I dropped in to check out available services. This is an Aveda salon with all the attention to detail that normally entails. Best color specialists, very nicely decorated, great effecient customer service – Best facial I have ever had, Susan was the aesthetician.
