I had a 3-day pass during my visit to Sunnyvale and absolutely loved it. The quality of the facility, instructors, and class format is topnotch. The gym atmosphere was very friendly.
I got a 3-day pass for this gym when I moved to Sunnyvale : after years of using coed gyms, I swore I would never use gym geared only to women.( We shouldn't have to hide in women's only facilities because of men's bs) I'm going back in today to purchase a membership because the space is phenomenal.
I've been taking Rosemary wills's Zumba class in different places for more than a year, I like her dancing style, it is absolutely fabulous. She's a great instructor and her classes are always fun and new. Great work out ! I highly recommend you come to total woman gym to take Rosemary Wills Zumba class!! Burning lots of calories while having a BLAST!! Such fun music and choreography !!
