Total Woman I joined the gym mainly for the spa but did in fact work out more than expected. The personal trainers would often give me tips even though I was working out alone. They have lots of motivating events to try and encourage you to work out. The daycare helped me out a bunch. The spa services always ran great deals.
For Women Only I love the concept--women only gym and spa. There is a great variety of classes--all led by top tier trainers. The equipment is user friendly and available. Non intimidating. Wonderful spa--Atmospheric spa.
