ZERO ⭐️ BEWARE Aside from the many issues I’ve had with this gym. My Membership has been on freeze since Jan and was supposed to be til May. But as soon as the shut down took in effect they started recharging my count even though the gym closed. I’ve tried contacting someone by email with no response and their email lines are full so that’s safe to say that I might not be the only one. The way a business treats their customers during times like this is a clear indication of the type of business they are!!
I’ve been a member for 10 years and it’s gone downhill every year since. I’m really not happy about having to call to ask them in the beginning of March if they were closing. The gal said yes, they were closing and would I like to put my membership on hold? I said yes but were they not going to reach out to their members?? I put it on hold and was told the March dues would be credited to me and I wouldn’t be charged for April or May. RecommendedRachel Gibson is a terrific trainer as are Jackie and Abby. They care about their clients’ health. The spa is lovely too. The technicians are knowledgeable. Great way to relax. The gym has all the equipment you need and it’s never too crowded. Love the classes too. Barre,dance, yoga and I’m checking out Piloxing today!

This is the worst gym to join I was a member of the Laguna Hills location which they shut down and told us last minute about. When I canceled my membership due to the location now being in Irvine they said I would no longer be charged. It’s now 2 months later and I’ve been charged 2 times Every time I call the manager who I canceled with she says there’s nothing more she can do on her end everything is canceled when asked for a different number of someone who can help me she says there isn’t one. Worst place ever. I used to be a member at Total Woman-Laguna Hills but they closed at the end of December 2018. I canceled my membership in December 2018 when I found out they were closing permanently. However, they charged me for what they allege was my continued membership at the location where they transferred my membership to, the location in Irvine and have refused to issue me a refund despite having a confirmation email of my cancellation and general manager also confirming I canceled. DO NOT JOIN. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
