Worst place ever. I used to be a member at Total Woman-Laguna Hills but they closed at the end of December 2018. I canceled my membership in December 2018 when I found out they were closing permanently. However, they charged me for what they allege was my continued membership at the location where they transferred my membership to, the location in Irvine and have refused to issue me a refund despite having a confirmation email of my cancellation and general manager also confirming I canceled. DO NOT JOIN. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
