I’m a retired RN having worked at SF General, OnLok and Self Help for the Elderly through 40+ years. I’ve had experiences with alternative care such as acupuncture, acupressure, and chiropractic care. Star is a bundle of energy. She is passionate about her craft and wants everyone to see results. The therapy is very relaxing. I started coming for pain in my hips. Pain was gone within the first few visits. Weight loss is an added bonus.
I been coming to Total Wellness for close to a year...Coach Star is amazing..she help me to lose a stubborn 15-20 then tone it .
