Feeling defeated in my weight loss efforts, I decided to give Red Light Therapy a try at Total Wellness Center. After 4 weeks of RT sessions I am losing the weight and inches. Star as my coach has kept me feeling positive on this journey and encourages me to stay committed to the program. I am feeling great and excited to fit into clothes I had given up on!
