Office manager unprofessional, Cocky and unoccomodating. Office will not see patients without filing a photocopy of patients drivers license. Not the policy of my insurance carrier, it is the office policy. With the identity theft cases today, I don't trust anyone with a copy of my ID unless absolutely necessary, and certainly not this office manager. Go elsewhere!... Office staff can easily identify one by viewing ones ID, without maintaining photocopies of id"s. Many other offices do.
