I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jeanine Tuan, OD. Her wisdom and depth of knowledge were evident throughout my visit, but what truly set her apart was her patience, professionalism, and calm, reassuring manner. Very bad reception. The girl blurts out the date of birth loudly in the whole office. No common decency for customer service or about privacy of the people.
Husband and I went in for our annual checkup. Dr. Yu is very thorough, down-to-earth, and helpful!
My wife and I visited total Vision Campbell for a routine exam. The wait time was not bad for a doctor's office and Dr Chen is very pleasant, professional and has exceptional bedside manners. I've read the reviews before choosing this place and was skeptical at first but my experience has been mostly positive. The front desk people were nice and everything was made clear in terms of copay before doing anything extra that the insurance wouldn't fully pay for. We were shown frames and given prices for lenses.
Best staff! So kind and helpful. Dr. Chang , great doctor! Marianne was the best, my tests finished with ease. Tan, I could not have found the perfect glasses and so fast! Thank you! Shout out to Dr. Ruiz who helped me a couple of weeks ago with an eye infection. Highly recommend!!!
