Around the holiday time my wife went in for an exam and ordered contacts with her new perscription. She was told that the new lenses would be in in 2 days. A few days past that, she went in to get the lenses and they were still not in and was told they would be in the next day. They were in and I went myself to pick them up for her. When I got home, we realized they were the wrong strength. It’s rather sad really. I have always received excellent service at this location in Uncasville until I received a phone call today From Sharon. It was regarding a bill from 8/18 for 65.00. I admitted to error as we originally thought it was an over site until realizing last month is was a medical cost and not covered under the vision insurance. She was rude, condescending and her behavior was uncalled for. My husband will be going there to pay the bill tomorrow and we will never be back. 3 yrs we’ve been customers and the r... read more
