Had a horrible experience with Sean there technician letting our animals out of the house and making rude comments to us. Missed vents in the house, didn't clean any of our intakes because apparently that's not apart of the service. Said they do before and after photos but never got any. Tried to get them to come finish the job or atleast give us a discount but they can't even be bothered to call you back. Ended up just paying for the service but would never call them again
Mister Dan is the man! Did a great job, as always, in cleaning the carpet and vents for the rental properties. I recommend Dan and Total Vent and Carpet Cleaning.
