Walked in around 4:30 on a Friday. Office closes at 6pm. The doctor said can you hurry up because i am leaving at 5. Was trying to get my insurance information. Then at 4:45 a lady from the back said the office is closed. Clearly this isn’t a place that cares about urgent needs. Monday I will be placing a call to the state about this.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Total Urgent Care in Edgewood. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The physicians were thorough and understanding. Totally professional and caring. Total Urgent Care is the TOTAL package. Thank you all and we appreciate your GREAT service. Continued success.
